MEET GLADYS

Gladys has had an invaluable impact through her mentorship work which has not gone unnoticed by many. She has been awarded multiple times for exceptional leadership under the Mwanakazi Okongola awards.

She has over a decade of experience in human development: Mentoring, Training, Coaching and Counselling to support Behavioral Change in individuals, communities, and organizations.

She is the visionary of Set Apart International which is one of the largest mentorship programs in Zambia and lead local consultant for Adaptive Leadership Zambia which aims to address issues around adolescent health.

Gladys is fast gaining ground in program development with the upcoming program Mentorship In A Box – MIAB.
